Debra Stoll Is Named Shareholder
Chang, Ruthenberg & Long is very pleased to announce that Debra Stoll has been named a shareholder in the firm. Debra's practice includes all aspects of employee benefits law, with an emphasis on ESOPs and ESOP transactions and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. Debra earned her J.D. from the University Of The Pacific, McGeorge School Of Law in 2000. She received her M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and completed her undergraduate work at the University Of San Francisco where she received a B.S. in Organizational Behavior. Debra is a member of the Sacramento County, California State, and American Bar Associations.
